The nine men held under the Anti-Terrorism Crime and Security Act have sort-of won their appeal against detention
Sorry that it's just links to corporate stories at the moment, will work on something else once I've had time to read the statements myself. First glance appears to suggest that they've accepted that the government can lock people up without trial, but it's a breach of the ECHR to only lock up foreigners!
