Caterpillar should not necessarily stop all transactions with Israel, but it must introduce a new clause in its contracts to ensure that products are not employed to perpetrate human rights violations.

Anything that constitutes business or trade with Israel serves to support that state. Therefore, any business done with 'guarantees' that the products are not being used to perpetuate human rights violations, is in fact generating revenue and commerce for a state that regularly violates the human rights of Palestinians. Therefore, only a total boycott will be enough. QED.
