This afternnon in a large square outside the central station 300 assembled for an action in memoriam to Carlo Giuliani, this point was also poignant because a cop shot a man dead here a few weeks ago.

There was the ace Publix theatre caravan bus present, some street theatre followed by a small act of provocation outside the police station in the square, when a guy laid down and another spay painted a pattern around his prostrate body. Causing a lone cop to lose it completey, trying to pick on demonstrators with his lone baton, only to be haistilly called in by his boss, much chanting of `no justice, no peace fuck the police, the demo then moved off unhindered, the main shopping part of town, where we took the streets without a cop in sight shouting`No Borders, no nations`and handing out info to the locals. It wound up in a major square, with larking about aplenty, more chanting and information speeches, before heading back tot he camp.
