Internet services are provided to Mr. Billy D. by Cox Communications Inc. ( http://www.cox.com) from United States. I just sent them a complain, since the sending of threats by email is crime. I call you all people concerned about intolerance and hatred to write to Cox Communications Inc. demanding appropriate measures against Mr. Billy D. and his threats.
