Earth 'will expire by 2050' and Lottocracy

Ad van der Ven | 11.07.2002 12:25

Recently Mark Townsend and Jason Burke published a paper in The Observer entitled: Earth 'will expire by 2050'. It is argued that it is not sufficient to speak about the problem, but also about the solution, which is painless, gradual and has only to be made public. The solution is described in the book: The World Solution for World Problems.

Recently Mark Townsend and Jason Burke published a paper in The Observer entitled: Earth 'will expire by 2050'. Wouldn't it be wonderful not only to report about the problem, but also about the solution, which is painless, gradual and has only to be made public. It (the solution) is described in the book: The World Solution for World Problems. The book (ISBN 90-9002592-8) is available as hard copy at the Library of Congress, Washington DC, and at the Library of Princeton University, Princeton NJ. However, it is also available as an electronic book (http//baserv.uci.kun.nl/~adv/leonbook/leonbook.html).

Firtsly, the book discusses the main world problem of today, which is the gradual, but lethal change of the soil and atmosphere. The problem is also recently be described in a study by the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), which has been released last Tuesday. The authors of the WWF report warn that the human race is plundering the planet at a pace that outstrips its capacity to support life. Secondly the book discusses the main cause, which is the worldwide overpopulation, and, finally, it discusses the main solution, which is world government by lottocracy. The latter is necessary to enforce a 'one child per couple per life' policy for ALL people. This, until the load is lifted from nature, which is roughly the case when the world population is about the size of seven million instead of seven billion, as it is now. An answer to the question: why the number of seven million, is given in the chapter: Population. However, the number of seven million can also be justified as follows. If one agrees that every earth citizen has a right for one square mile to live on and to live from, then there is land available on earth for about seven million people. Every landlord considers it obvious to possess even more then a square mile and do we not all want to be landlords? The 'one child per couple policy for ALL people' is only workable when indeed ALL people agree to it, not, as it is in China now, enforced from above. This is only possible with a world government by lottocracy. According to the author lottocracy is the only obvious, and the only fair way of attaining world government.

The idea of lottocracy is shortly described at the end of the chapter: Democracy and Things. According to the author it is a logical, fair, and scientific way to form a world government. All citizens are put into a file of a computer, the computer produces two citizens at random every day, out of the group of say, 45 year olds, and they are the conscripts for a year, starting that very day. In another book of the same author, called Tao Stoics, also available as electronic book (http//baserv.uci.kun.nl/~adv/taostoa/taostoa.html), the author suggests three persons instaed of two (see Tao Stoic 200). The selected ones are conscripts in the service of mankind, and their service of one year, includes three months for instruction in procedures, and in understanding scientists. Scientists are needed for advise. When they govern, they know hardly a thing about the matter in hand but they have a conscience and the advise of scientists, to make proper decisisons. Then, their office is right on the campus of a scientific establishment, so they can get all the advice necessary, and fast. Every day two (or three) join up, every day two (or three) are just finished. They need not stay on for the finishing of a job, they can just go. They are located all over the globe, they cannot therefore become a group or party with interests of their own, but are electronically linked up. There is no, absolutely no, secrecy and they are solely interested in the well-being of mankind, in man's rights & duties, in human dignity. In this way they are just co-operatives. The concept of lottocracy is described in more detail in the chapter: A Concept for Government (see also http//baserv.uci.kun.nl/~adv/lottocracy.html).

The principle of lottocracy can be used on the level of cities, of hemispheres, and, of course, for the whole planet. It is a recipe for the solution of the one and only problem that is facing mankind, which is his own extermination by his own hands. It is argued that world problems ask for world solutions and that this is solely a question of re-education. All man-made problems are ideational (and number dependent), not physical, thus, an ideational (educative) solution is required. It is furthermore held forth that the partial solutions one hears of, such as the recycling of raw materials, the use of clean energy, the purification of waste water, etc., are no solutions at all, but, in the long run, make the problem even worse. Additionally, it is contended, that, the integration of all world citizens should be enhanced by the introduction of the world-language, which is English, the mostly spoken second language today.

Life's a Lottery

The author of the WWF report, Prince Philip, (Director) warns that the banking aristocracy is plundering the planet at a pace that outstrips its capacity to support life. Otherwise, there would be abundant agricultural land to support billions. Secondly the book discusses the main cause, which is the worldwide suppression of free and infinite etheric energy, so that the Monarchy may profit endlessly from oil and war and, finally, it discusses the final solution, to release a bubonic plague on the human race and wipe out two-thirds of the population, and so preserving 'wilderness' as a playground for the elite few, served by a greatly reduced feudal, slave race.

US/UK Charged with Genocide

Can you imagine how North America's veterans of World War II would have reacted to the deaths of so many millions more than the death camps, if they learned that singular American power elites were profiting from both sides of the carnage ?

What if they learned that U.S. owned German corporations were financing the takeover of countries and ultimately the slaughter of U.S. soldiers, among others. There was a secret there, compounded by the outright hiring and protection of the most criminally insane of the losing side, so they and their expertise might be used against yet more peoples. The elite's game plan was unacceptable, so it was hidden.

Operation Phoenix, although it was a program applied specifically to South East Asia, in its manner of operating, in identifying and murdering civilian leaders and civilians, there was a familiar terror. We saw it before in Nazi Germany, in Poland, Austria, France, wherever the Nazi's took over (and as recent excavations in Poland show sometimes to the joy of the local populations). We've seen it since throughout South and Central America, this phenomenon of military or vigilante round up at night or arrests where the victims are tortured, killed, judicially killed or extra-judicially killed, never seen again.

We've seen it wherever the School of the Americas extended its trainees' reach. We've seen it in Indonesia, in East Timor, throughout former Yugoslavia as the World Bank asserted its control. It is terror and it is the key to capitalism's expansion. It is an evolved, tuned, relatively evil piece of work. It requires academic dissociation - the break between thought and feeling - so that morally painful things can be rationalized; it manipulates the spiritual need and impulse of humankind into controls for acuisition of capital; it requires Western civilization's codes of loyalty and order, subservience, duty, honour, be manipulated with the tools of modern science. Above all it requires the ignorance of the people.

So the Federal Emergency Management Act and Civil Disturbances Acts provide all means necessary to suppress mass protest by the people. These outlaw Constitutional rights. The acts provide whoever is in charge of the machinery of government, absolute authority, denying all citizens human rights. The Acts permit extra-judicial killing, separation of families, group incarceration, concentration camps, and suspension of habeas corpus. The tools are there for a ruthless suppression of dissent or any attempt to balance unjust authority. The language of the documents as revealed shows a familiar bias against "non -conformists" who can be specifically targeted for arrest and internment, as well as "dissidents," dissenters, and those who question authority. None of these targeted categories suggest that criminal acts are required for arrest or death.

The recent "U.S.A. Patriot Act" as part of an ongoing program to strip powers from the judicial system, is possibly providing a way to implement the next stage of what is basically military control.

The weakening and possible abrogation of the "United Nations Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide," coincided with the development of the U.S. Emergency Management and/or Civil Disturbances Acts.
I think the United States should be internationally challenged with a Genocide warning, since the first steps of a conspiracy to commit genocide have already occurred. Those who have effected the first steps of emergency management regulations that suspend human rights of any ethnically defined group of civilians, should be prosecuted There is no moral, ethical, or legal check on corporate planning by the powerful. The terrorization by psychological warfare techniques has become an economic weapon, to be used for the profit of the few. The militaries are in service to the corporate ethic.

what planet did you work out the land area ?

11.07.2002 13:43

I don't know where you got the idea that of 1 mile squared for each person on the world gives us 7,000,000

lets look at the maths

mean radius of the earth 6378.1km or 3963.2miles

area of a sphere = 4*pi*(radius squared)

gives us 197,376,181 square miles

let us take away the 60% of the surface that is water, we are left with 118,425,708 square miles.

let us take away the polar ice caps, and the high mountain ranges, and the rain forests.

we are left with at least 80,000,000 square miles that is suitable for habitation, and modern non aggressive agriculture we should be able to support a population of up to 9 billion peoples, and keep the rain forests.

from a mathematical point alone the essay is complete fuckin bollocks!!

7,000,000 not a chance

'It is necessary to enforce a 'one child per couple per life' policy for ALL people, and enforced sterilization, abortion, dangerous contraception, punishment in gulags for 'offenders' who have twins, or get raped, more infanticide, children who have no siblings, another fucked up Nazi social experiment.

Divert the cloud-seeding, flooding Texas, to the Sahara desert, make it green and fertile again, and there will be land and food for all.

Common Sense at Last.

What a joy to read this paper. What would it be nice to have a world with only five million inhabitants instead of seven billion now. Each of them could live on an estate of at least one square mile. Not to mention the relief for all animals and plants which are now under the thread of extinction. I admire the courage of the author to discuss the last taboo: the more children we produce the less chance of survival for mankind.

Some people talk about genocide. If you have sexual intercourse and you use some contraceptive device (for example a condome), are you killing a child? No, you simple prevent the creation of new life. Somebode, who does not exist cannot be murdered. So, you are NOT a murderer (homocide) and if many people prevent new life by using contraceptives, they are not murderers too. So, genocide is out of the question. How can you kill non existent life?

Others fear for sterilization. Sterilization is out of the question. Is it a lot of trouble to use condomes to make the life of your children and grand children more comfortable and to give some space for out fellow plants and animals. Do we have any problem to use condomes to save us from Aids.
