The Bush regime's renewed desire for another attack on Iraq has nothing to do with either "humanitarianism"(Bush I's excuse), or "combatting terrorism"(Shrub Bush's current excuse), but everything to do with oil, according to a report just released by the Institute for Policy Research and Development. As with his dad in 1991, George W. Bush has his greedy eyes on Iraq's oil fields that alone compise one tenth of the world's known reserves.
