Extrajudicial killing in L.A. airport

In an incident in L.A airport last week a major fact was overlooked

 http://www.guardian.co.uk/usguns/Story/0,2763,750514,00.html

Try reading this article and spot the inconsistancy. Found it yet?

The gunman was overpowered *before* he was killed by the guard that he stabbed. In other words it was a gaza-style extrajudicial killing, completely bypassing all word of law.

If this can go TOTALLY unnoticed by the entire media, then its a green light for governments, police and whoever else is entrusted with a lethal weapon (which seems to be a hell of a lot of people right now) to commit murder. If somebody does something wrong, and you catch them, don't wait for the cops, just kill them.

But then again, in relation to El Al or any other body connected to the occupying State of Israel, you would have to be an 'Antisemite'(TM) to see this.

Are you 'Antisemitic'(TM) ??
