Info request about the explosion occoured this morning in Kabul

Steve Odell (ISAF) reported that an enormeous explosion occoured this morning in Kabul, probably in the airport area. It's reported on an italian media (www.rainews24.it) is there any evidence in other media?

on the BBc Tv news last night but it wasnt very informative for all that (considering the details we've had about pointless stuff ). Perhaps nobody's entirely sure whats going on, not the media or the military ? Perhaps it would be a bad time, what with Commander Bush Junior going to have his cancer checkup, to admit somethings not going to plan ?
