look I am an anti-zionist pro-PLO person, I ain't even Jewish, but I find Latuff's cartoons intensely annoying. Its all a little counterproductive I think-- and it makes me wonder who is really behind them

The cartoons echo what is happening in the real world where opressed people from different geographic regions are showing (or would have were it set in the past)solidarity with each other. One example was when aparthied was prevalant in South Africa the Palestinians supported them with stikes, demonstrations etc., and now the South Africans are doing the same in support of the Palestinians.

I think it's something we should all encourage, especially when you bear in mind that many opressors, in this case Israel and the old racist South African government, were very close allies exchanging all sorts of financial, logistical and military support between each other.

If the opressors support each other, so should the opressed.
