Norwegian IMC needs your help

Indymedia Norway on gets surface on national TV

Help us reaching the entire Norwegian population.

Indymedia Norway gets the possibility to send an hour a week on national TV.
Because of that we need to build up a good archive of films and documentaries, produced by the Indymedia and associated groups. We ask for all sorts of film material, both edited and un-edited clips.

We ask all groups to help us in making Indymedia a part of the Norwegians everyday.

There is by now no money involved in this project, but if there is to become, all funds will go directly to the production group of the material. Be it Indymedia locally or a cooperating production team.

We would be delighted if every Indymedia office could appoint one person to coordinate the shipment of material, and be the contact person for Indymedia Norway.

We thank you all for being a part of this network, and wish you all good luck in the coming events.

dont want to be critical, but are you having debates as to wheher it is a good idea to have indymedia work shown on corporate tv: images can be manipulated or even shown differently when brodcast, plp may also think that some of you may be using it as a stepping stone to a career, i,m afriad it wouldn't be the first time in radical history.

one of the reasons that imc's were made is to avoid using and being informed by the corporate media . And now you want to use the national tv ? This is very dissapointing for the imc network. Imc must have no relations with the corporate media . The only case so far that someone could tolarate this, is italy's imc with the police brutality documents . In imc norway case i think it is wrong . I dont know the exact situation in Norway but any imc has some few standards to maintain : independance , against power,profit and AGAINST THE CORPORATE MEDIA!
You can not use the corporate media , only they can use you! And the things you have to say lose their value through this process.
As someone said before THINK TWICE!
