Emily Apple was arrested last night and charged with Violent Disorder. She is to appear in West London Magistrates Court (Talgarth Road, nearest tube: Hammersmith) tomorrow morning at 10am. The arrest occurred at Watford Police station where she was answering bail for a separate offence.

Emily was held in custody at Paddington Green police station without being interviewed for around 15 hours and is still being held in custody.
