NEW GUINESS WORLD RECORD IN SERVING CIVIL SERVANTS FULL-TIME?
FINLAND – Much have been said about the Finnish bureaucracy, but this could be even a new Guiness World Record; in Finland lives a citizen, who has been having eight years full-time correspondence to the Socialist Finnish Civil Servants. Some explanation may offered 16 kilograms correspondence and the bankruptcy, why not so many people are interested in Socialistic Finland any longer as a place of a permanet residence.
