Woke up this morning and decided to go to Haringey to see Her Maj, who was gracing the proles with her presence.

Arrive on a bus at Ally Pally and see a group of mates at the bus -stop, in the presence of FIT (Forward Intelligence Team). They all pile onto the bus, so I go upstairs to see what is going on.
Normal police harrassment seems to be the answer. As the bus goes down the hill, the Royal car goes up in the other direction. At the next stop we try and get off and are prevented by a Sargeant (U2073) - who refuses to tell us what legal right he has to prevent us from getting off a bus. At the second stop we get off, 5 of us, three of them including WPC BAPTISTE 401 from the Transport Police. She doesn't like us using her name!

We decide to walk back to Ally Pally as there is a funfair on and as we approach the park, U2073 tells us that if we attempt to enter the park, we will be arrested to prevent a breach of the peace. He is unwilling to tell us what indicators there are that we intend to cause a Breach, and we point out that we have no banners or placards. We start walking up the hill, and he radios for back-up. We decide to go down a path which leads away from the part of the park where Her Moojesty is waving at "her people". A bunch of cops chase after us, and tell us we are under arrest. JI 146 goes to take my arm, I tell him it is not a legal arrest and that therefore he is about to assault me. He and JI 13 grab my arms and start bending them, for no reason. The five of us are lead off to a van, and eventually there are 4 transits there. I ask the copper what Act I have been arrested under and he tells me it is a common law power. I point out that the breach must be imminent, and that there must be a threat of violence, , and that neither of these conditions are met. I also point out that I have not been read my rights. He then proceeds to read me my rights and I give a reply, which I ask him to write down - I mention that the arrest is not legal, that we have been falsely imprisoned and that he and JI 13 have assaulted me. He is not keen to write down the last bit, but eventually does. According to his notes, I have been arrested on the basis of "Intelligence" - which leaves me wondering how many years these arseholes can harrass me, when I have never been convicted of an illegal act.

We are then driven off in two vans, the cops being reluctant to tell us where we are being taken. Eventually they pull into a bus-stop in COLINDALE and tell us that "Silver" (Supt. Lowe -as in how Lowe can you go!) has said that we can be released.

So, they are prepared to carry on trying to hide dissent from the a 76 year old witch who lords it up at our expense. There was no intention to cause a Breach of the Peace, the Met is totally deficient in the area of Intelligence, and make it up as usual.

Spend time in the pub, speak to solicitors and yes, we do have a case against them.

50 Years of what exactly, are we meant to be celebrating? The fact that the police behave like the Chinese Secret Service when the cow is around? Or what?
