they are going to publish Domain Registrants personal home addresses on the Web!



This includes all personal .co.uk (amongst others) - if Nominet go through with this, then anyone on the internet will be able to type your Domain name into a 'field' box, and voila, up pops your home address including postcode!

thats ok cos its not my own pc, my own house, my own name or my own address that im using. i hav many aliases and many pcs in many addresses. when you give a postcode, that post code serves a whole area, the post code is not specific to your house no or address, many people have the same postcode, it is very difficult for the authorities to pin point exactly where and who is using a certain pc, or network of pcs, or who is using the pc at work or in at an educational facility.
