Well, the diverence consists of about 6 million of dead Jews, over 20 million of dead sovjets, millions of dead polish, serbian, gypsy people and many many other deads from many other nations. I think, this is quite a remarkable difference.

both are defined by state worship to the degree that they were willing to expel others and kill those that are different. the comparison is justified.
