A) That it be agreed that the properties listed below, are declared surplus to the Council's requirements and available for disposal subject to the proper consultation being undertaken where the current status of the
property so requires and the lead member be consulted prior to disposal.

B) That the remainder of the properties identified be referred for further investigation by the Cabinet Regeneration committee with a view to a supplementary report being submitted to a later cabinet meeting; this consideration to be informed by the submission of details of the full site history, current usage and occupation status, relevant photographic evidence, and details of consultation with all relevant stakeholders.
C) That the Assistant Chief Executive (Property) be authorised to decide the marketing method to be adopted in each case, in consultation with the relevant lead member.
D) That the cost of removals from 7 Marcon Place and subsequent refurbishment of relevant parts of 205 Morning Lane, be met from within the proceeds of disposals.
The report proposes lists of properties to be disposed of, and to be investigated for possible sale, as part of achieving the council’s budget strategy for 2002/3.
