The New Duce's regime and its dogs

22.05.2002 17:42

That will be a rather predictable outcome, considering the "New Duce"'s (Silvio Berlusconi) recent remarks that Italian police force are virtually "untouchable" under his government.
The extreme right meanwhile is becoming bolder by the day in terms of visibility, their marches and gatherings receive full support and protection by the italian Police forces.
It is a well known fact in Italy that the vast majority of Police and Carabinieri identity themselves in fascistic values such as nationalism, strict discipline, and obeyance to authority.
What goes on in Italy is very worrying indeed.
