Where have the Unemployed Gone?

Bullshit Blair vs Bullshit Paxman

Listening to Bullshit Blair last night one is gobsmacked by the audacity of this poodle. He told us Britain has the lowest levels of interest rates in 40 years and the lowest unemployment in 25.

Interest rates may indeed be low, in Japan they are zero but prices for goods and services are astronomical. A house in 1963 may have cost £2,000 in London, the equivalent now may be £1 million. As if bank interest rates have nothing to do with business. In the 1960's there were thousands of small businesses, now the chains have swallowed everything up...

In 1963 there were no unemployed, by 2002 according to their own figures there are 7 million unemployed if we include all those on disability allowance (which is a form of unemployment), students, part-timers etc. Blair pretends labour has created zero unemployment much in the same manner that ENRON had full orders. Capitalist accounting is so fraudulent nowadays that not only are companies selling products to non-existent customers, but order books are so full that they are employing thousands to fill the millions of vacancies.

After all globalisation leads to the elimination of unemployment, the elimination of poverty, the growth of private monopolies to replace state ones and paradise is upon us. All of this in New Labour Britain which at the same time has:
a) the highest prison population due to full employment of course
b) the highest teenage pregnancies due to rising education standards
c) the lowest crime rate in Europe due to the perpetual boom.

If all the above are reasons for voting Labour then what difference does it make if one votes Tory? Labour are the Tories of today.
Sections of the French far left have voted for Chirac already. The British left always vote for Labour. Will they soon vote for the Tories, to stop our 'multi-cultural' paradise being taken over by extremists? (BNP)
