A city analyst said that if Esso was a child it's report card would say "Plays badly with other children". Esso has been seriously misbehaving.

It has done more than any other company to wreck international action to tackle global warming. Last year it persuaded Bush to ditch the Kyoto Protocol on global warming. This year it got Bush to sack the United Nations leading global warming scientist, Dr Bob Watson.
