The SWP announced a corporate rebranding today. Their new logo encapsulates the essence of their movement and will be available on the new t-shirt. Gloves and underwear carrying the distinctive Clenched Fist (TM) may also be available if demand is high enough.

How very amusing, obviously your time has been well spent producing this crap! Have you ever thought about attacking the capitalist system or is that a bit too much like hard work? Actually I've just had a great idea. Let's spend lots of time posting articles about how much we hate the SWP and not bother to do anything to upset the ruling elite, their mutinational companies, corrupt politicians, the police etc. Splendid, now we can sit back in the knowledge that people will know how sectarian we are and how much more the SWP pisses us off than this system that grinds us all down! Nothing the swp does actually has any affect. They just march about, hoping to change the world. They never start projects or do anything within the community, the only way they connect with real people is by forcing their publications on to them. Three quarters (more??) of it is made up of middle-class student types who have had the easy road throughout their youth and will probably turn into what they were fighting in the first place.
I think they should rename it the SSP 'Socialist Students Party'

It's actually very funny and all this "sectarian" screaming is very boring. Sectarian means that people who share an idea fight with each other. Most people who post on Indymedia don't believe for a second that they share any idea with the SWP.
You don't scream "sectarianism" when people attack New Labour, so why you get pissed off when we attack the SWP.
If you have any point to make, then make it, but screaming sectarianism is useless.
People believe that when they attack the SWP they are attacking corrupt politicians and the system. You might not like it but that's the way it is.

God, that's the funniest thing I've seen in a while. It'll be great if people turn up with it at SWP infiltrated demos. Really it needs some heavy white-on-black text at the top and bottom with some asinine SEIZE THE POWER, CHOKE THE FASCISTS type slogan....yeah I like that "choking the fascist" is what SWP members call wanking.

I have heard many a bad thing about the SWP, but the point is I think you might find a lot of common ground with the people who actually read it. Saying they're all middle class students is just lazy. Instead of petty insults maybe we should educate those people who read it as to why it's bad instead of just slagging them off and saying they're rubbish. The more people we have to our cause the better. It's about time everyone stuck together instead of alienating ourselves from the people who might sympathise with us.

This image is intended to be public domain, freely-redistributable, take according to your need. Similary I would ask you to give according to your ability, obviously there are many more versions possible upon this theme and it could be better executed.

To those that want the t-shirts: sorry, I'm not actually proposing to sell these. You could get most largeish t-shirt shops to print it up if you download the larger jpeg.

If anyone wants a larger 1000x1200 pixel cleaned up version then I'll put it up on a geocities webpage and you can download it from there. It doesn't seem fair to Indymedia to shove up something that will take too much bandwidth.

To the Australian wanker: you look at the sectarian posts because you're a sectarian. We all are. The point is that your sect consists of authoritarian pseudo-socialists.
