Odd Thing About This "Spontaneous" Military Move on Gaza

from Independent 27 April | 09.05.2002 16:21

Is that Robert Fisk, (one of the best modern journalists alongside John Pilger) was writing about an imminent attack in the Gaza on 27 April in The Independent (P 14)

"Defiant Gazans Prepare for the worst as They Wait for Sharon to Send in His Tanks"
"They are coming. Thats what most Gazans tell you. The Israelis are coming...As one Palestinian militant remarked (how easily one falls into these categories)... an Israeli assault is as certain as Im seeing you...

This was written almost two weeks ago,(follow link for full article) which must certainly cast doubt on the motive being sudden, holy rage on the part of Ariel Sharon since yesterday. When WAS it planned ? Strange days...

UNbelievable

If all it takes is a terrorist attack to warrant a pre-conceived full scale invasion of a desired territory, how easy it would be and convenient for the invaders to orchestrate such an attack themselves, the press will report whatever the 'official' explanation is as they did on September 11th. and since Israel has the most effective "counter-terrorist" Unit in the World and a hold over the media, they can write the script and act it out.

Yes, the story is there all right.

on the Independent website.
well then, this does rather throw the entire 'official' Israeli line (if criminals can promulgate an official line) into the dustbin. This is incontrovertible, actually, and very worrying for the whole notion of truth in this New Clear Dawn of the New Order
