how low has 'democracy' fallen?

kon4m | 05.05.2002 02:13

we've got to the level where we don't vote 'for' something, but 'against' something.

in france Chirac is urging voters to vote for him against LePen, to 'fix' things up. but how low have our 'democratic' system fallen when we actually have to vote 'against' something, instead of being given a true opportunity for change?! we've go to the point where the 'illusion' of 'democracy' is slowly breaking apart and they're trying all they can to keep together the mess they have made. now that it's under the eyes of everyone (even the corporate media is saying 'so what went wrong?') we have to show everyone that it's time to stop taking part in this circus show, as that only legitimises! 'democracy' is not an abstract concept but a living, breathing thing, and that's us. let's start living it.

um. well yeah, it's time to Reclaim The Government, or Reclaim Our Lives or any other emotive slogan you want to come up with. at the end of the day we need to take matters back into our own hands again.

Act up.
The sooner ,the better.

Less talking, more acting.
Action.

Go paintbomb the city.
Make a banderolle.

Organize a demo.

Take initiative to create a black block
in your community.
