Argentina Solidarity Campaign: public meeting

OUR NEXT PUBLIC MEETING:
SUNDAY 26 MAY at 5 p.m. at: THE RED ROSE, 129 Seven Sisters Road (about 500 metres south of Finsbury Park tube station).
Speaker: Chris Harman.
Also: fascinating video footage of Argentina, including meetings of piqueteros, the Inter-Neighbourhood Assemblies in Parque Centenario.
Chris Harman is the author of several books, including Economics of the Madhouse, and A People's History of the World, as well as a 44 page article in International Socialism Journal, Spring 2002: Argentina: rebellion at the sharp end of the world crisis. Chris was in Buenos Aires in March-April this year.
Please note: we had previously mentioned 19 May as a public meeting date. This will NOT be happening (basically, we couldnt get a suitable venue on that date).
