Highlights of audio report:
* The Israeli Defense Forces attacked Nablus this morning. Seven people killed.
* Internationals now estimating the death toll in the IDF's Hebron attack at 11 people.
* Despite talks on "freeing" Arafat from the compound, the situation there has not changed. IDF have demolished every car in sight of the compound and have tightened the cordon around it. Inside the compound, speculation is that the Israelis are stalling for time while they complete their "operation."
* People inside the compound are going hungry. Supplies are growing low.
