Let's hope this is true! According to this source, district judge Nicholas Evans, the same judge who issued the first warrant for the arrest of Pinochet, has scheduled a hearing for (next?) Tuesday to determine whether or not Peter Tatchell needs the Attorney General's consent to have an arrest warrant issued for Henry Kissinger for war crimes committed in Indo-China. Has anyone heard about/confirmed this?
