The trial of three aliens police officers at the District Court in Korneuburg near Vienna is scheduled to end on the 15th of April 2002. During the violent deportation to Nigeria of Marcus Omofuma on the 1st of May 1999 the officers used adhesive tape to ‘fix’ in his chair. He was also gagged with the same material. He suffocated while in police custody. The racist deportation policies are carried out by the police, the judiciary, politicians, airlines, commercial media and by a great majority of the people. They all have responsibility for the deportation which resulted in death.
