Today The American Judicial System Gasped its Final Breath and Died

Well here we are, we have crossed the line into full blown fascism. With the indictment of attorney Lynn Stewart who is legal counsel to Sheik Omar Abdel Rahman, Attorney General Ashcroft is sending a clear message, if you bleeding heart lawyers out there defend these terrorists your going to go down with them. By indicting Stewart Ashcroft is test driving the rules that he put in place last year that strip the Attorney Client Privilege that allow Ashcroft to listen in on conversations between clients and their attorneys. It seems it is also a useful tool to search the indicted attorney’s office, entire case load and the files that go with them as that is exactly where the FBI are now, Lynn Stewart’s office. But the most frightening aspect of this blatant step forward of the Bush Doctrine is that if you have a conversation with a Muslim you could be indicted as a co-conspirator.

If this indictment alone does not wake up the liberal élite to immediately begin the process of dismantling the Bush Doctrine we will know for sure that they are in on this Hand Maid’s Tale of ours hoping that they will be shielded by their wealth and power. We must now assume that the wholesale round up of left wing attorneys and activists is not far off as they are attempting to create a link to terrorism with those who stand up and fight for civil liberties in the minds terrified American public, who they just successfully sold torture to, over the past week.
