What application is needed to use this file?
Also can we have more details about it before downloading it? Is it worth downloading? I assume someone thought it was worth uploading and hoped it would be downloaded and used.

I downloaded the file and scanned it with trojan remover and avp and it was clear , but nothing at all seems to recognise let alone play it.
