This is what the Corporation of London Security Newsletter sent out today:

 CONTINGENCY_PLANNING@LIST.NETFORCE.NET
Subject: May Day 2002

Message:

Large scale demonstrations have occurred in Central London on May 1st during the last few years. Information is beginning to emerge that further demonstrations are planned for May 1st 2002. As previous demonstrations have caused considerable disruption many organisations are interested in discovering what is planned for the day in order that they may make the appropriate arrangements.

The following web site regarding the demonstrations planned for May Day has come to our attention. While we cannot vouch for the nature or accuracy of the content it may be of interest.
