Gordon brown has announced their will be a tax cut to big business in the fourth comming budget. the city had feared this would be a purely public service budget with the needs of the wealthy overlooked but brown wants to show that new labour are still pro-big business. who says we would be better off if we got rid of blair and replaced with brown?
