The heavily fortified, and secure RUC/PSNI's Special branch Headquarters on the Castelreagh Road, which has CCTV monitoring every corridor, punch code locks on doors and armed quards on every exit and entrance, was 'burgaled' on Sunday night by 3 persons rumoured to be PSNI/RUC/MI6 security personnel who had to have detailed prior knowledge of the layout, security door codes and geography of the Castlereagh building in order to gain access. Speculation that sensitive files and documents relating to the Omagh bomb case were stolen in the raid. Along with other sensitive information concerning security force surveillance notes of alleged suspects, target monitoring information and undercover informant details and identities.
