Background to the current situation at the French - Spanish border. Saturday at 3.50 pm, the three belgian busses together with about 20 french busses were stopped at the border again.

In a new attempt, the busses got stopped again.
Riot police also blocked the doors of the busses, so nobody could get out.
Right now, the activists are considering what to do next.
Earlier today (around midday), there was a demo in Perpignan with around 1000 to 1500 people towards the Spanish conculate. The whole street of the consulate was declared forbidden zone by the riot police. When a delegation of the activists asked for a permission to negotiate with the consul, it got refused.
