GETTING TO BARCELONA AND ACCOMODATION (IMPORTANT: read carefully)

Crossing the border:

We have teams in both France and Catalunya working to guarantee the border crossing.

France contact: 0468841314 (friday afternoon), 0468503957 (saturday).

Catalunya contact: 626938531, 636550249

Getting accommodation:

Accommodation consists of a campsite and different sheltered spaces in Barcelona. If you still haven t made a reservation, write to  logisticacue@hotmail.com

To find out your exact place of destination, you should phone 657 264 480 or 615 828 791 WHEN YOU ENTER CATALUNYA, NOT BEFORE. There they will inform you of the location of your accommodation (all are within easy-to-access of public
transport) and you will be met by someone to provide information on the activities.

Alternatively, you can visit the Convergence Centre (Universitat de Barcelona, metro Universitat ).
Tel.: 93 403 55 25

IMPORTANT: do not go to your accommodation without notifying us first!.
Some are small spaces and an unexpected arrival may saturate things.

We recommend bringing tents just in case the sheltered spaces get filled up.

How to get to Barcelona:

The most important access routes to Barcelona will be blocked off by the summit, making entry into the city difficult, particularly from the Western side. There is a coach park in Nus de la Trinitat, within easy reach of the A-18 motorway. There is a metro service from there, which takes you directly to the Convergence Centre.

How to leave Barcelona:

If it is wished to leave after the concert, coaches can wait near Sot del Migdia. Their departure will be announced using the public address system.

The others can leave from Nus de la Trinitat.
