Surrounded Fortaleza

Today it is the great day of the manifestations against the meeting of IADB (BID) in Fortaleza City. Municipal holiday was ordained and the whole city is surrounded with blockades done by the military police, federal police and the army. Two groups organized protests: one, formed by unions, parties and ONGs and other for no parties, anarchists and autonomous (anti-capitalists against BID). MINUTE PER MINUTE
5:00 p.m. - people begin to concentrate close to the Dragon of the Sea for Manu Chao's show.
3:00 p.m. - the official left is deciding if it is going to the Center of Conventions or not.
1:00 p.m. - Anti- capitalists against IADB (BID) make your protests in Barra of Ceará without conflicts with the police.
12:50 p.m - it polices attacked the youth's committee with bombs of tear gas and moral effect dispersing everybody.
12:44 p.m. - the official left becomes separated in the youth's two groups: the committee that will give continuity the march and the rest of the official left that it set up a stand and it is negotiating with the police.
11:53 - the anti-capitalists against IADB (BID) get ready to outline the isolation string done by the army.
11:34 - about a thousand people they are in front of the Centro Dragão of the Sea, they also meet about 300 policemen of the shock battalion.
11:00 a.m. - protestors go by slums of the Bairro Pirambú distributing pamphlets.
10:22 a.m. - Anti-capitalists against IADB (BID) make an assembly in Barra of Ceará to decide strategies against the Bank, everything indicates that they will go to SEBRAE.
10:15 a.m. - official left. They are pondering to leave in march. They should begin to march in half hour towards the center of conventions.
