Direct Action Against the War Now!

kon4m | 10.03.2002 23:46

join the Direct Action Against the war Now! Forum and be part of the dawn of a new struggle!

Brothers and Sisters,

If you believe that a more active and creative resistance, following the "philosophies" of Direct Action and Civil Disobedience, is needed to STOP this war, join the Direct Action Against the War Now! Forum, even if simply to learn/discuss/critique our tactics, and be part of the dawn of a new struggle that will not be silenced by repression and corruption, but will reclaim the meaning of the word democracy: power to the people! Those millions of people who are against war and injustice and whose demands for justice are ignored by our corrupt governments. For our brothers and sisters oppressed by our genocidal governments, for our dreams of a better world, we step up and say: "ENOUGH!"

Join the struggle by simply sending an e-mail to:  direct_action_against_the_war_now-subscribe@yahoogroups.com

Together we will stop this war!

In Solidarity,

kon4m

peace train

This is a call for revolution
We exist within a community of life
Our choices influence the course of existence
Are we leading or are we being led
Will we choose peace or war

YEP, we need direct action

11.03.2002 08:42

Direct action IS necessary. The peace movement in the UK has achieved a lot but it used to be so much bigger. However, with Bush and Blair trying to created WW3, no.s are rapidly increasing and with it, our influence grows too!
Remember, it was the peace movement that stopped the cold war, the peace movement that stopped Greenham, and it was the peace movement who bought down the Berlin wall.

SO yes, direct action and now!
Trash Trident, Stop the war, and Stop the sanctions!

todays poem

11.03.2002 09:37

wonder where wonder when wonder why wonder how
I'll tell you all something, our time is now
Time to stand up for what we believe in
tell the politicians we don't want no more deceiving
tell the ruling classes their fragility is feeble
and restore the power ,power to the people

power to the people is it ideaology
or is Demo kratis just complete hypocrisy
the masses they are gathering and thats a fact
so all you ruling classes had better watch your back
our movement is growing with dissenters everywhere
so look out berlusconi mr bush and mr blair

for the time is now upon us
and the prophecy near fulfilled
this earth belongs to all of us
so surrender it or be killed !

poet looking for gigs on a free basis maybe to help raise money for different social groups campaigns and movements
(non commercial underground venues preffered or perhaps a place on stage during protests so i can spread the word .
I am also looking for alternative poets and writer s to get in touch as i am aiming to publish an alternative poetry book with particular reference to the theme of global destruction the causes the solutions etc but all work considered i aim to self finance and all work would remain the copy right of their respective owners

All of them!

11.03.2002 16:02

All of them, like J said:

"Trash Trident, Stop the war, and Stop the sanctions!"

...and back in time for tea... Well perhaps not, but lets kick up a shit about them killing more Iraqis and move on from there.

Another world is possible!
Another world is neccesary!
Another world is vital!
