An article posted on the main USA site yesterday suggested that the site has fallen foul of a serious philosophical fallacy, of 'contradictory false absolutes' or something. Sounds a bit like 'affirming the consequent' in my philosophical terminology, and I think its probably true enough. as I understand it, the impetus for this shut-down was not sparked by some reactionary bloc (as in Italy) but by a well-meaning charity. Presumably well-meaning, or are they acting tactically, proving their anti-leftie credentials ? who knows ?
Im surprised this 'offlining' of IMC Switzerland hasnt been commented on more. It does seem to confirm that well- intentioned measures and sentiments designed to combat racialism are being used to attack the left instead. If this precedent is carried, it could reperesent a formula for closing down the entire IMC.
