Pictures from today's International Women's Strike march in London. Around 160 people marched from the Shell building nr waterloo, past downing street, pausing at the Ministry of defence before finishing with speeches, noise and dancing outside the World Bank offices in Haymarket. Events also were held in over 80 countries worldwide - more to follow... (article 1)

Around ten thousand activists took to the streets here in Barcelona last night in a march against sexism and the "war on terror". The march was high-spirited and good natured, although the route was lined with cops in riot gear.
