Interdicted streets, rigidity in the pedestrians' access in the proximities from where meetings and special outline of safety are happening at 36 hotels to guarantee the participants' of the 43rd Annual Meeting of the Interamerican Development Bank (BID), that it will happen in Fortaleza from 7 on March 13.
