Indymedia Server for BC Down, Silencing Reports About Massive Protests

At about 12:00am pacific time Feb 23rd Vancouver.indymedia.org and Victoria.indymedia.org stopped responding.I suspect it had something to do with the massive political protest planned in Victoria BC, Canada. Huge numbers of people turned out.
This is not the same outage as the global indymedia outages.
