With three sites identified Captia's role expanded to encompass both the concept design and advice on procurement options... more than 60 staff nation wide were involved in the design and procurement process. Rodney Aldridge the Chair of support services group Capita – got paid £370,000 this year. He has had a 72%, yes, 72% increase in his salary in the last year.
Finance director Gordon Hurst got a 76% rise to £213,283
Chief Executive Paul Pindar got a 69.6% rise to £347,281 and operations director Paddy Doyle received a 62.5% rise to £260,121
That is not all. On top of his salary Aldridge banked £309,276 in dividends on the 18.74 million Capita shares owns. Hurst and Doyle netted respectively £2,124,000 and £3,125,250 last year on their share options.
