I wrote to AKdH saking for details about the impending lawsuit aginst Inymedia Switzerland and got this reply:
"Rassims (antisemitism) is a offense that has to be pursue by the swiss state
and not by our organisation. AKdH only has given a note to the swiss federal
police so they are taking action now.

So AKdH are not suing Indymedia Switzerland themselves. Instead they have placed their case into the hands of the Swiss federal police. How the latter will handle this breach of the right to free speech remains to be seen... Remains to
