Thursday, 31.1., night: Complete ban of all demonstrations for the entire city area on Friday and Saturday! The complaint against the ban at the Administrative Court, this is the subdivision of the Federal Constitutional Court, was rejected. For Friday it is planned to distribute flyers on Marienplatz: "resistance can not be prevented". If the ban should be maintained it is planned for the weekend to take part numerously in the winter sale in the Munich city-center (internal message ideas of the Direct Action seminar).
After the demonstration this afternoon, in which according to different sources 1000-3000 demonstrators took part, one demonstrator was detained by the police - the reason referred was his former registration as an activist and the (at that time not yet decided) demonstration ban.
