enviroMENTALly it Needs you!
Environmentally it needs YOU!
What force so big, that it dominates the planet, needs you? Why does it need you? Do we know what it is? Well yes! We all know what it is. Its Mother Nature, its our Environment, more to the fact, it is our home!
The environment can create volcanoes, tornado’s and many other wild forces, but to stay alive and be healthy our Mother Nature needs us! The main reason being that WE are damaging her. We are polluting her air that we breathe as well. We are warming up ice caps, making flooding seem like a REAL DANGER than it already is!
Deep in your mind I can hear you say ‘SO what’. IS that the approach of someone who cares? NO! Someone who cares about his or her planet can make a difference to its survival. Do we really need the car to go to the shops around the corner? NO! You can save money on petrol and in turn help the environment. But it doesn’t stop there! Oh no. Recycling, but not just bottles and glass. You can recycle paper and many more items in our everyday life.
Wind Power is the future. No need for Powerful electricity. Wind power can be 3 times more renewable. Helping to become more efficient is by turning off the T.V when you are not using it. Or leaving the radio on. Simple chores such as making a cup of tea and boiling the right amount.
YES you can! You can make a difference. More and more people turn to the environment for help. Growing crops by rain. Using trees for Paper. By recycling paper we can make sure that our sources are not being depleted but mearly being saved longer.
What would happen if tomorrow all our planets sources ran out? We had no coal, no petroleum, no trees, no nothing? We would struggle for survival wouldn’t we? This is becoming reality in our wide world. Depletion of materials.
Come on think, we all think, but think about our environment!! It needs are help NOW! Starting any task as soon as possible can stop the worst from happening, for instance it may be too late for us to help the planet, but THERE IS still time to do something about it.

The environment is a bit too bothersome right now. What is in it for us?
Environment has to begin with oneself first. If one cannot keep in shape, what chance of planet?
Get a bike, keep fit, be happy and save planet into bargain.
Be something positive in environment and set an example.
Get a bike, get friends on bikes, make the bike the new cool!

You are quite right that each of us could (and should) do our bit to preserve the environment in its current state - and further that our pursuit of money is often at the expense of the environment.
However you are quite wrong when you say Mother Nature needs us - She doesnt, nature/life really doesnt care what we do, if we decide to nuke the world turning it into a nuclear wasteland then Mother Nature will say "Ok I have cockroaches, algy, some slime and deep sea creatures - give me a few thousand years and you wont recognise the place"
You see the point that everyone misses is that life will continue in some form almost no matter what - life is stubborn like that. The thing we should be worried about is that at the moment the Worlds enivronment is ideal for humans (because we evolved here) and we are currently at the top of the pile (food web). Everytime we pollute or change environmental variables by our actions we risk changing part or all of our world so it is less ideal for us.
Now my personal view is we should protect the environment anyway because it is beautiful and every creature deserves a chance at its own fate, BUT even if you dont care about nature you should still make an effort as its in your own interest - go on be selfish recycle something!
