Children are being criminalized for playing. What was formerly known as “games” is now termed “nuisance and disturbance” and “offenders” are compelled to sign Good Behaviour Contracts, or face eviction with their entire family.
Tenants are encouraged to ‘name and shame’ neighbours.
Police ‘child-patrols’ are video-taping kids as young as six on trouble estates to identify them and new police measures require children from the age of three, who show potential for ‘anti-social’ behaviour to be entered in a data-base and monitored throughout their developing years.
Teachers and are expected to inform on their pupils.
All children go through phases, it’s a natural part of maturing and how they learn to assert themselves, most, unless there are underlying social factors, like abuse or neglect, grow out of it without police intervention. Improve living conditions, opportunity and prospects and children’s behaviour will improve.
We live in a society with more CCTV’s in operation than anywhere else in the World, in which all our movements are recorded. We now have ‘warders’ patrolling the streets of our ‘open-prison.’ Armed response units are mobilized to dispatch members of the public carrying a table-leg or wielding a cigarette lighter and kiddies playing ‘cops & robbers.’ And this is for our safety?
Individuals, ‘suspected’ of supporting a proscribed organisation are being detained without charge and denied a trial, indefinitely, at Her Majesty’s Pleasure.
Soon, to receive entitlement to any of the system's ‘benefits’ (ie. transport, health, education and food) we will all require a micro-chipped ID. And this is to protect our “democratic freedoms!”
The irony of it is, this has all been implemented since September the 11th., and the UK was not, and never has been, attacked by foreign extremists, but should they choose to, a microchip certainly won't stop them.
The likelihood of a terror attack has increased a thousand-fold since we declared a 'Holy War' on the Middle East. The War on Terror, IS the terror unfolding.
