OH! THE SURREALITY OF IT ALL

Playing on CNN, Fox News, ABC, CBS, NBC – virtually all of the mainstream corporate networks – was the poor quality captured video of Osama bin Laden touting (according to CIA translators) pride in his involvement in the September 11 strikes on the World Trade Center and Pentagon. On another channel, Turner Movie Classics, stories were being related about how the same agency has and does use Hollywood production techniques to create situations of deception in order to carry out its covert missions of deceit.
It is common knowledge that the agency whose primary mission is deception regularly uses special effects and other movie making methods to carry out its goals. It has even been the theme of the popular Hollywood movie “Wag the Dog.” This is business as usual; standard operating procedure for accomplishing the deception needed by the CIA and its other super secret U.S. counterparts such as the NSA. No surprise, that is their job.
What is surprising is that every news agency and major news network in the U.S. and other parts of the world, accepts the poorly produced “evidence” of bin Laden’s involvement in the 9-11 attacks without question. It is like: o.k., we have an agency that is totally and completely involved in deceit and subterfuge, they feed information to news organizations, and these news agencies haven’t the slightest inclination to question what is given to them in any regard. Any lingering doubt about the lack of existence of objective journalism in mainstream corporate media has finally been removed.
One can only wonder what new and thrilling revelations will come from the CIA. The production facilities and capabilities of the agency are virtually unlimited. After all, they have a known annual budget of $30 billion. Who knows how much is in the “black budget?” A lot of quality film and video projects can be created with that kind of money. With that money, one could even create one’s own news agency or cable news network.
During the CIA coup d’etats carried out in Guatemala in 1954 that overthrew the legitimately elected democratic government of that country, agency operatives in major U.S. news outlets played a major role in the plan’s success. Willing accomplices on the editorial boards of the New York Times, U. S. News and World Report, Christian Science Monitor, Time, Newsweek and many others played a huge roll in putting out false information on behalf of the spy organization to aid in accomplishing the overthrow of the Guatemalan government. That was in 1954.
That was almost 50 years ago. One can only imagine what new news manipulation tricks the CIA has learned since. Just maybe, they have learned to produce a cheesy video that validates a questionable accusation about who was really responsible for the attacks on September 11 in order to justify a war of highly questionable legality.

Reasons I suspect the 'evidence' to be faked

1) The faces in the video are blurred and unclear, so it may not have been Bin Laden speaking.
2) Alomost every word was in the transcript, but every time a location was mentioned, it was inaudible.
3) It had apparently been taped over a video of troops investigating a crashed US chopper. Surely this would be valuble intelligence for Bin Laden, BUT if US troops found such a video, they could tape over some of it and leave the rest as 'proof' of it's origin.
4) Why would Bin Laden make such a video anyway?
So was it faked, or am I just being paranoid? Anyone else think it was a CIA fake?
