Up to 100 Irish activists delayed workers entering Sellafield on the opening day of the new MOX nuclear reprocessing plant. (video) A lockdown was held at the Main Gate in an attempt to block the movement of trucks carrying radioactive plutonium. Heavy police presence but no arrests were made.
