Africa is being run by state criminals who at the same time are darlings of the "free market" that is run by a pathetic minority"upper class" at the expense of a vulnerable majority in the West. We find it very insulting when one religious fanatic kamikazes in the towers of capitalism and the entire world goes mummpy over a thousand lives lost(still,one life is dear to friends n' family of the victim), but when State elites in Uganda, Rwanda, Zimbabwe etc kill 3million peasants in Congo no one says a thing.

When the Ugandan dictator writes a letter to Clare shot asking for more funding to buy arms(of which the contents are licked to the majority) to kill Rwandese the Dictator is invited to UK to meet the Head-girl"Shot" n' Head-boy "Tony" to agree to the contents of the letter to Rwandese "president".
This puzzels us...if Tony and Clare can do that, why not ask the Dictator where 3million lives of Congolese people went not forgeting the natural resources that would have help dem people instead of being prisoners of pathetic monitary policies imposed on them by IMF/WB
