The 7 comrades beaten, kidnapped and falsely imprisoned by agents of the state on Haloween were back in court yesterday.
The 7 comrades beaten, kidnapped and falsely imprisoned by agents of the state on Halloween for merely walking down the street, were back in court yesterday.
The developments are as follows: all charges of 'violent disorder' have been dropped to ensure that the 'accused' cannot be tried by their peers, but instead face a magistrate. Two of the comrades have had extra charges of 'assaulting police' and section 4 'threatening words and behaviour' added to their sheets.
The pre-trial hearing is on 17 december at horseferry mags, victoria.
This is clearly emerging as a political trial as the state flexes it's post 11 sept muscles and it becomes common-place for people to be beaten and taken of the streets by cops because of the way they look, think and feel, as members of the public simply watch-on, knowing that it's for their 'safety'.
The cops'll crumble on the stand, all 27 of em!!

Despite statements in Court like "They were involved in a Riot", all charges were reduced to deny any hope of a Jury Trial, as had already been predicted.
All defendants entered "Not Guilty" pleas to all charges. Trial will be in the New Year and is expected to last 5 days.
Mysteriously, the Cops seem unable to find any footage of the incident in Oxford Street. This seems very strange as Oxford Street has notoriously comprehensive CCTV coverage, and when two defendants went back to photograph cameras, they were filmed by the cameras almost immediately.
However, bearing in mind that we are closer and closer to internment of dissidents (without any hope of a trial) things could be worse!
