Picture Pro Cannabis campaigner Luke "Ming" Flanagan sent all members of the Irish Parliament (and Senet) a Cannabis "Joint". Ming was arrested (no charge) when he tried to hand deliver a Grass plant to Eoin Ryan Minister Ireland is loosing its self proclaimed "WAR ON DRUGS". Only a handful of the Joints sent were handed in to the police, what could have happened to the rest of them?
