He argues that he has the right under religous freedom and goes to the British High Court

He argues that as a 'Christian' he has a right to do so because the bible says he can and that the European Court protects religious freedom. Corporal punishment is an abusive evil committed in the name of discipline.

The Bible also says 'do unto others as you would have done unto you,' but children can't beat headmasters, more's the pity.
